Analysis of Skills
Kagura holds a set of four skills, three of which are active and one of which is passive. To obtain a better understanding of her capabilities and the order in which we should prioritize them, let’s look at her talents. Passive – Yin Yang Gathering
The combined effect of Kagura and Seimei Umbrella gives her a shield that can block 280 (+50% Total Magic Power) damage and stun and slow close opponents for 0.5 seconds. The effect may occur only once every 4.5 seconds.
Skill 1: Seimei Umbrella Open
Kagura moves the Seimei Umbrella to a set location, dealing opponents along the way Magic Damage worth 315 / 370 / 425 / 480 / 535 / 590 (+105% Total Magic Power) and slowing them by 60% for 0.5 seconds.
Despite the umbrella being detached, Kagura has the ability to manipulate it as she pleases while causing 315 (+105% Total Magic Damage)/370/425/480/535/590 magic damage and slowing the target for a brief period of time (60% for 0.5 seconds).
Skill 2: Rasho Umbrella Flee
With Seimei Umbrella, Kagura removes Crowd Control effects on her and moves in a designated direction, leaving the Seimei Umbrella behind.
Kagura immediately teleports to her umbrella after activating this skill and gets it. It will briefly stun close opponents in the circular region while dealing 300 (+90% Total Magic Power)/320/340/360/380/400 magic damage to them.
Skill 3: Yin Yang Overturn
Kagura does 330 / 400 / 470 (+105% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage with Seimei Umbrella, which causes close opponents to be knocked back and slow down by 60% for 0.5 seconds.
Her ultimate attack does 290 (+70% Total Magic Power)/340/390 magic damage and 60% movement speed reduction to opponents in a circular area when the umbrella is already in a certain location. The opponents in the circle will be drawn toward her umbrella after 1.5 seconds and suffer an additional 400 (+145% Total Magic Power)/500/600 magic damage.
